Stella acknowledged Norris’ immediate acceptance of fault and offered assurance of team support during internal discussions to prevent similar incidents in the future. He emphasized the importance of learning from the situation and ensuring proper margins are maintained during races. Stella dismissed the idea that Norris’ frustration from qualifying affected the incident, anticipating constructive conversations once everyone has had time to reflect and learn.
